OT Logistic SA is one of the few companies in this part of Europe that can offer a full range of logistics services relying mostly on their own infrastructure.
We own the biggest mass port on Polish west coast, located in Swinoujscie - OT Port in Swinoujscie, universal port in Gdynia with sole dedicated ro-ro terminal in Poland - OT Port in Gdynia, as well as inland ports in Wroclaw and Opole. In our portfolio of assets there is also a port in Kolobrzeg. Since 2015 we also own shares in the port of Rijeka, thus consequently we are the second-largest shareholder, just after Croatia.

On the area of approx. 26 hectares we execute immensely important investment for the Polish economy , which is building the largest in the region of the handling and component terminal, specialized in agro charges, ie. cereals and fodder. The project is implemented in two stages:
Stage I, which envisages in the years 2016 – 2018 the construction of Grain Terminal with an annual potential of transshipment of 4 million tons.
Stage II, calculated for the years 2018-2020, includes the construction of Terminal of Mass Bulk Commodity of the universal nature with possibility of handling of heavy and oversized units. The annual handling capacity of both terminals to 8 million tons.
OT Port Gdańsk is also a comprehensive trading center of port and sea. The terminal is designed to handle the largest cargo ships in Poland. Piers with a length of 600 meters will provide the ability to simultaneously use of two seagoing vessels. :

Strategically located in the port of Rijeka, due to the expansion of the Suez Canal and the potential for significant development, provides opportunities for geographical expansion of our customers interested in goods trade between Europe and the countries of the Mediterranean, and the Indian Ocean.
Acquisition of shares in the Port of Rijeka is another important step in building the OT Logistics Group’s position as a leader in the transport corridor Baltic-Adriatic. Croatian terminal will allow us to offer comprehensive services in Central and Eastern Europe.

Available infrastructure is min. storage squares (mostly unpaved) occupying an area of approx. 30 000 m², a warehouse building with a usable area of 2,787 m² and the office- residential building with usable area of 547 m². A part of these last property is at the disposal of the tenants, who run their business on the premises.
