Changes in the membership of OT Logistics S.A. Management Board

The Supervisory Board of OT Logistics S.A. appointed Mr Radosław Krawczyk – current Financial Director of the Company – Member of the Management Board.

Radosław Krawczyk has been responsible for the finance of the Company since September 2017. His duties comprise execution of strategies, missions as well as short and long-term Company objectives in the finance area, plus organisation and management of the operation of OT Logistics S.A. Financial Division departments. Radosław Krawczyk is going to manage the controlling and consolidation areas of the Capital Group as well as purchasing, IT and administration. He will also supervise the operation of the Common Services Centre, where the Capital Group activities related to accounting, HR and payroll are carried out.

The changes in the Management Board become effective on 29 September 2017. The Management Board of OT Logistics S.A. will consist of four people: President Zbigniew Nowik (strategy), Vice President Piotr Ambrozowicz (acquisitions and funding), Vice President Andrzej Klimek (operations) and Mr Radosław Krawczyk (Financial Director).

On 28 September Ireneusz Miski and Richard Jennings resigned from the membership in the Management Board of OT Logistics S.A.

Radosław Krawczyk BIO

Mr Radosław Krawczyk has more than ten years professional experience in managing the finance of companies, and specifically in: financial liquidity, controlling, financial risk, insurance and credit policy, debt collection, funding, financial and operational restructuring, cooperation with banks and investors. Since 2003 he has been professionally related to PKP Cargo Group, where he became the Company Financial Director in 2009. Starting from 2015 he was a Member of the Management Board of PKP Cargo Connect Sp. z o.o. and from 2016 a Member of the Management Board of PKP Cargo Connect GmbH seated in Hamburg. Moreover, Mr Radosław Krawczyk has been a member of the supervisory boards of companies related to the railway market and insurance for many years. He also acted for some years as an independent member of the Audit Committee at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction. He is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, major in finance and banking, as well as MBA studies (Executive Master of Business Administration).
