Changes in the composition of the Management Board of OT Logistics S.A.

Piotr Ambrozowicz, the Vice President of OT Logistics S.A., resigned from his position as of 30 January 2018. He handed over his management responsibilities to other Members of the Management Board.

Piotr Ambrozowicz acted as the Member and Vice President of the Management Board of OT Logistics starting from mid-2015. He was responsible mainly for the expansion of OT Logistics Capital Group. He supervised acquisitions processes and their financing, including taking control over the Croatian Luka Rijeka Port operator.

“I have completed tasks the Management Board entrusted me with, related to the extension
of the scope of Group activity and increasing the scale of its operations abroad. The last three years
have been a period of an extremely hard work on a team of professionals focused on achieving this goal. I wish the whole OT Logistics team every success in further implementation of the ambitious Capital Group development strategy,” Piotr Ambrozowicz said.

“We thank Piotr for his contribution and great commitment to the expansion of our Capital Group. We wish him every success in his future career,” Zbigniew Nowik, the President of the Management
Board of OT Logistics, says.

The changes in the Board became effective on the day of their announcement, that is on 30 January 2018. The Management Board of OT Logistics S.A. now consists of three people: President Zbigniew Nowik (strategy, acquisitions), Vice President Andrzej Klimek (operations and trade) and Vice
President Radosław Krawczyk (finance and administration departments).
